I lead with intention — turning challenges into thoughtful solutions while helping the people around me find clarity and confidence.
Whether I’m leading a team or designing solo, I’m comfortable moving fluidly between setting vision and refining the details that make products feel intuitive and human. With a versatile skill set that spans end-to-end product design, I’m adaptable across contexts and committed to work that balances speed with thoughtfulness.
For me, success is about how the work happens as much as the final output. I'm fulfilled by creating environments where curiosity, care, and critical thinking help people do their best, most meaningful work.

I built the product design function from the ground up, scaling the team to five designers before transitioning to a high-impact individual contributor role following company restructuring. I continue to guide strategy, design vision, and quality standards while collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing, support, customer success, and revenue teams.
My enthusiasm and sense of community foster a positive and inclusive environment. In 2022, Sana was recognized as one ofLinkedIn's Top 50 Startups.
UX/UI Strategy and Execution
As Sana's first hire, I partnered with the co-founders to design our earliest product experiences, earn our first customers and investors, and define our product vision. As we have scaled, I've evolved the design practice to support multiple products, verticals, and complex healthcare journeys.
Building for Scale
As Sana matured, I helped teams adapt the early design solutions to meet new business needs. I led a growing design team through establishing scalable design frameworks, systems, and embedding iterative research and testing into our process.
Design Culture and Community
Having led a small team and now operating as a solo designer, I’ve learned to sustain design culture through connection, healthy critique, and advocacy for design-led thinking. Sana's culture is mission-driven, curious, and human-first — values I carry with me into every interaction.
Leading by Example
As Sana’s first employee, I helped shape the company’s culture from day one. I lead through clarity, curiosity, kindness, and follow-through — setting a standard for collaboration that continues to influence how teams work today.
At Rogue, I operated as a high-agency designer within a hybrid startup/corporate culture — leading the UX/UI function by owning outcomes hands-on. As the sole designer on the development team, I collaborated directly with engineers, brand designers, and leadership to deliver solutions that balanced craft and performance.
Rogue's First App
I partnered with in-house and offshore engineers to design and launch Rogue’s first iPhone app — owning the experience from concept to release.
Design Team of One
As the only UX/UI designer supporting a large engineering team, I drove design decisions, presented directly to leadership, and maintained accountability for every shipped feature.
Complex e-Commerce Challenges
I tackled the UX of a complex product catalog with variable pricing, shipping, and promotion logic — improving the clarity and efficiency of how people shop for weightlifting equipment.
I joined the Direct team with a focus on using design to delight and engage customers while driving growth in the e-commerce channel. I learned by doing —balancing brand expression, usability, and conversion in a fast-paced, high-visibility retail environment.
Going Responsive
I was one of two designers selected to create Bath & Body Works' first responsive website. Though iterated over time, many foundations of the initial design still exist a decade later.
Other Special Projects
I was hand-picked by leadership to design experiences and collateral that supported the biggest product launches, campaigns, and experimental brand initiatives.
