I have been a key figure in the transformation and maturity of every organization I have contributed to. Whether it's pioneering something new from 0 to 1 or refining legacy products, I turn vision into reality, foster innovation among teams, and create cultures where authenticity, psychological safety, and impact coexist.
With a versatile skill set that spans various design disciplines and industries, I am adaptable and able to contribute across a wide range of initiatives. I think iteratively and design with scalability in mind.
As founding product designer, my unwavering commitment and versatility as a designer has helped to drive Sana's growth — turning ideas into reality and laying the foundation for future success.
My enthusiasm, teamwork, and strong sense of community fosters a positive and inclusive environment and sets the tone for a vibrant and thriving culture. In 2022, Sana was recognized as one LinkedIn's Top 50 Startups.
UX/UI Strategy and Execution
I worked directly with Sana's co-founders to establish core product experiences, helping us land our first customers. As Sana has grown, I've stepped into leadership roles, allowing me to have broader impact.
Building for Scale
As Sana begins to outgrow our original solutions, I work with teams to iterate effectively, solving for new challenges and applying new learnings from research and testing.
Design Culture and Community
I'm leading a team of designers who are respected strategic partners to the rest of the org. Our design team is mission-driven, empathetic, curious, and connected.
Leading by Example
As Sana's first employee, I took the opportunity to exemplify culture through my own actions and work ethic. I intentionally set a precedent for integrity, dedication, and kindness.
Working at Rogue had me straddling the line between startup and corporate culture. As the only designer on the development team, I got to drive solutions forward and learn by doing.
Rogue's First App
I worked with a team of in-house and off-shore engineers to create Rogue's first iPhone app from concept to completion.
Design Team of One
As the only UX/UI Designer at Rogue, I supported a team of engineers, collaborated with the brand design team, presented my work directly to the owner, and had accountability for each shipped design.
Complex e-Commerce Challenges
Rogue's unique product offering, pricing strategies, and promotions provided many opportunities (and challenges) with how people shop for weightlifting equipment.
I joined the Direct team with a focus on using design to delight and engage customers and ultimately gain more revenue from the direct channel.
Going Responsive
I was one of two designers chosen to design B&BW's first responsive website. Though iterated over time, many foundations of the initial design still exist a decade later.
Other Special Projects
I was hand-picked by leadership to design experiences and collateral that supported the biggest product launches, campaigns, and brand experiments.
